1995
Registered as a sole proprietorship
- Registered under Singapore as a sole-proprietor company
- Rented a factory in Defu Lane to start our carpentry business
1996
First subcontract works
- Started working on small projects as a sub-contractor, mainly carpentry works
- Learned and gained experience on every job
2001
Handling bigger projects
- Able to handle bigger projects, working together with design firms
- Delivered projects such as show flats and retail units
2003
First factory purchase
- Business expansion led us to purchase our first factory — 10,500 sq. ft at North Link Building
2005
First hotel & service apartment project
- Awarded our first hotel and service apartment project
- Started working with architecture firms and became involved in project management
2010
Became Main Contractor
- Began taking over projects as main contractor, not just a carpentry sub-contractor
- Expanded into one-stop services: electrical, plumbing, flooring and more
2012
Direct-to-homeowner interior design
- Started working directly with house owners, offering interior design as a service
- Added maintenance services
- Built strong relationships with architects and ID firms
