Renovation Project Team
We provide turnkey interior and architectural renovations, as well as structural works for commercial and residential properties. These include interior renovation and supply of furniture for offices, shops, banks, retailers. hotels, and interior fitting-out works for condominium show flats.
We have also managed the interior furnishing works for World Trade Centre, The Chong Land Show House, and IMM.
Our two project management teams, comprising of 25 team members, oversee our renovation projects to ensure that they are carried out in a timely and cost-efficient manner, and that the quality of work meets the expectations and requirements of our customers. As project interior manager, we are responsible for all phases of the renovation works, which encompasses:
- Co-ordinating, liaising with and managing the various groups of works and subcontractors involved in the projects
- Scheduling and timing project phases
- Continuous quality inspection
- Monitoring the projects to ensure work is done accordingly to design specifications
- Completion of the projects within the schedule timeframe
